Software for the people who actually run the room.
FoyerFlow is venue-management software for European event teams. We're based in Prague. We build it slowly and on purpose.
What is FoyerFlow?
FoyerFlow is a venue-management platform built for professional event teams across Europe — hotels, manor houses, banquet halls, conference centres, and catering companies. From the first inquiry to the final toast, it gives venue teams a single, calm place to plan events, build offers, manage staff, and welcome guests.
The product is bilingual (English and Czech), hosted in the European Union, and offered as a SaaS subscription with a permanent free tier and a 14-day trial of paid plans. There is no AI gimmick, no "platformification," no marketplace pivot. It is software for the people who actually run the room.
The category was due a quieter answer.
Most event-management software is loud. It announces itself with dashboards, alerts, "AI-powered" badges, and onboarding videos that take longer than the first event. It treats the people doing the work — the banquet manager, the catering coordinator, the event lead — as a problem to be optimised.
We disagreed. The job is hospitality. The software's job is to stay out of the way until you need it, then be exactly where you expected it to be.
FoyerFlow is built around the rhythm of how venues actually work — versioned proposals you can revise without losing history, drag-and-drop offer composition, per-guest math that recalculates when you change a single number, a client portal that doesn't make your client install anything.
Calm software. Hospitality-shaped, not factory-shaped.
Built by the Zitemedia team.
FoyerFlow is designed and built by the Zitemedia developer team — a Prague-based group with years of experience shipping large, production software systems for hospitality, general and business aviation, and e-commerce clients across Europe and the United States.
That experience shapes how FoyerFlow is built: we know how a banquet kitchen actually runs at 18:55 on a Saturday, what a 400-cover wedding rooming list looks like at 02:00, and what breaks when an event coordinator opens a laptop in the kitchen pass. The product is shaped by those realities, not by what tests well in a sales demo.
The legal operator behind FoyerFlow is Anton Eremeeff, lead developer at Zitemedia (sole trader, IČO 09673024, registered in the Czech Trade Licensing Register). For product, brand, partnership, or anything else — write directly: [email protected].
